Through an initial consultation, we engage with the client to thoroughly comprehend their unique needs and objectives for their upcoming project. This comprehensive understanding allows us to tailor a precise project plan, including crucial details such as the dimensions (length, width, height, etc.) of the Pre-Engineered Steel Building (PEB)
Simultaneously, we place a strong emphasis on minimizing steel consumption without any compromise on structural integrity. Our expert team achieves this delicate balance through innovative engineering and efficient design practices, ensuring that our clients receive a steel building that is both safe and cost-effective. This approach not only enhances the structure’s resilience.
Upon finalizing shop drawings, we proceed to manufacturing and fabrication, conducted at our Kolkata-WB plant or the client’s site, depending on the chosen construction model. This phase includes precise fabrication, a triple-coat paint application, and preparation of ready-to-assemble components for swift on-site installation. Our goal is to ensure top-quality, efficient construction.
After manufacturing and coating, every item undergoes thorough quality checks. They are then loaded onto appropriate vehicles, considering road and project conditions. Our efficient process employs hydraulic service cranes for swift loading and dispatch, ensuring a streamlined quality assurance and transportation phase.
Upon receiving pre-engineered fabricated parts on-site, we commence the assembly using high-tensile bolts and nuts. Once assembly is complete, we proceed to the erection and alignment phase. Skilled teams oversee this process with mechanical or hydraulic cranes, ensuring safety and efficiency. Our design focus optimizes assembly and erection times for maximum efficiency, allowing for swift structural erection of 5-15MT per day.
After erecting the main frame and secondary members, we move on to the final phase of installing pre-painted Galvalume metal sheets using galvanized self-drilling screws. Precision and fine finishing are our top priorities. Our holistic system approach includes the installation of PEB accessories like rainwater gutters, downpipes, flashing, translucent daylight sheets, and turbo ventilators for effective air exhaust management.
