Salary Range:

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Erection Engineer with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in PEB structure erection.
The candidate will be responsible for supervising and executing the erection work at project sites, ensuring safety, quality, and timeline compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and execute the erection of PEB structures at assigned sites across Eastern India.
  • Coordinate with fabrication, logistics, and planning teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Study erection drawings, GA drawings, and connection details to plan site activities.
  • Manage and guide subcontractors, riggers, and erection crews for efficient execution.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety norms and statutory regulations at site.
  • Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), manpower reports, and site inspection records.
  • Handle site-level issues related to equipment, alignment, and sequencing of erection.
  • Liaison with client/site engineers for inspections and approvals.
  • Ensure timely completion of project milestones and handover.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Thorough understanding of PEB components and erection sequence.
  • Knowledge of cranes, lifting tackles, and rigging safety.
  • Ability to read and interpret erection drawings and structural layouts.
  • Site problem-solving capability and team management skills.
  • Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred).
  • Good communication in Hindi, Bengali, and English.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in PEB structure erection.
  • Experience working in industrial, warehouse, or infrastructure PEB projects is preferred.

Reporting To: Project Manager / Erection Head

Salary Range

₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience and capabilities) + site allowances, travel, accommodation (if applicable)

Other Details

  • Frequent travel within Eastern India.
  • Must be flexible to work in remote locations and extended hours as per project needs.

Position: Senior Business Development Executive – For Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings

Location: New Alipore, Kolkata

Salary Range: Rs.40,000 – Rs.70,000 Net PM + Perks and Benefits extra (based on experience, performance and knowledge)

Job Responsibilities:
    • The candidate must have at least 10 years of experience preferably in the same industry. Must have knowledge of selling pre-fabricatedsteel structures i.e. sheds for Plants, Factories, and Warehouses.
    • Candidates with a technical background such as B.E., B-tech, M-tech, and Diploma in Mechanical will be an added advantage.
    • Ready to accept and achieve given targets
    • Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote our steel structure products, with a primary focus on pre-engineered steel buildings.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
    • Understand client needs and provide solutions that align with our product offerings.
    • Focus on enhancement of brandrecognition and market presence.
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and maintain a strong knowledge of our product line.
    • Prepare and submit techno commercial offers, and understand the complete tendering process. The candidate should have fair knowledge to understand technical drawings. 
    • Should have knowledge of processes to deal with and negotiate for high-value contracts and tenders.
