We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Business Development Executive to help drive our continued success.

Position: Senior Business Development Executive â€“ For Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings

Location: New Alipore, Kolkata

Salary Range: Rs.40,000 – Rs.70,000 Net PM + Perks and Benefits extra (based on experience, performance and knowledge)

Job Responsibilities:
    • The candidate must have at least 10 years of experience preferably in the same industry. Must have knowledge of selling pre-fabricatedsteel structures i.e. sheds for Plants, Factories, and Warehouses.
    • Candidates with a technical background such as B.E., B-tech, M-tech, and Diploma in Mechanical will be an added advantage.
    • Ready to accept and achieve given targets
    • Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote our steel structure products, with a primary focus on pre-engineered steel buildings.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
    • Understand client needs and provide solutions that align with our product offerings.
    • Focus on enhancement of brandrecognition and market presence.
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and maintain a strong knowledge of our product line.
    • Prepare and submit techno commercial offers, and understand the complete tendering process. The candidate should have fair knowledge to understand technical drawings. 
    • Should have knowledge of processes to deal with and negotiate for high-value contracts and tenders.
